Who uses PER.C6® technology?

This proprietary technology is a key innovation driving the advancement of Crucell’s promising pipeline. Our PER.C6®-based rabies antibody combination has performed very well in phase II trials. Our PER.C6®-based tuberculosis vaccine is in phase II, malaria vaccine and HIV vaccine are in phase I, and we recently reported very exciting results with filovirus vaccines (Ebola and Marburg). We are delighted to have started in-house development of a next-generation influenza vaccine based on our virosome and PER.C6® technologies.
 
In areas where Crucell does not aim to develop its own products, PER.C6® technology is licensed out to other biopharmaceutical manufacturers and research groups. Licensees of Crucell’s PER.C6® technology include:

Crucell makes its PER.C6® technology available to the industry under non-exclusive and, in selected cases, exclusive commercial licenses. Research licenses that may be converted into commercial licenses are also available.
