"At Crucell I am responsible for the development and optimization of cell culture and purification processes for the production of recombinant therapeutic proteins using the PER.C6® cell line. The work involves the close interaction of different groups including molecular biology, cell line generation and analytical assays, as well as Intellectual Property and Business Development. External collaborations with research partners are also an important aspect of the job."
