Crucell has a two-tiered board structure in which executive and supervisory responsibilities are clearly separated.

The Supervisory Board is comprised of independent, non-executive individuals who are charged with supervising and advising Crucell's Management Board.

The Management Board is responsible for the general affairs and business of the Company and, as such, is responsible for achieving Crucell’s goals, strategy and policy, and results.

For its day-to-day operations, Crucell has established a Management Committee that is also responsible for the design, implementation and management of long- and short-term strategy under the final responsibility of the Management Board.
